What are the Christmas Colour Trends of 2020?

Lifestyle

We all know that Christmas 2020 will be a little different to what we are used to – with all of the restrictions on meeting up and events, some of the things that we normally do will have to be put aside this year.

One of the things that we will still be able to enjoy though is the humble Christmas tree – the symbol of Christmas since Victorian times, this humble tree helps to spread cheer every year. Whether you opt for a real one such as these real Christmas trees Leicester, or an artificial one, here are some of the tree decorating trends that are looking popular this year….

Navy Blue – This has been one of the hottest trends for walls the last year, so it is no surprise that it has started to also appear in shops for Christmas tree decorations. Paired with silver this is a great colour for that chilly and frosty seasonal feeling.

Metallics – Gold has always been a traditional Christmas favourite, but for a modern and luxurious feel, combine all the metallic colours from rose gold to bronze. This adds a warm and sophisticated look, and the colours go with most interior décor.

Pinks – Not a traditional Christmas colour, but pinks have been making a huge appearance in recent years. From the soft warm pastel pinks paired with a gold, to hot pink decorations adorning a white tree to really make a fun festive statement.
